CMAR Construction Services
It is our belief that the Construction Manager at-Risk Delivery Method is the best possible way to deliver a project. With this method, the owner, architect and contractor are a team. They work collaboratively early in the project planning to find the best course of action at each milestone. Working like a "checks and balances" because the owner contracts with the architect and construction manager separately. Add in a contract that sets a schedule and price based off the documents and offers a GUARANTEED maxium price (GMP), you have more control than a traditional hard bid method.
