North Bighorn Hospital – New Horizon Care Center

This project was carried out in an active long-term care facility which provided many challenges. It involved the demolition of two concrete patios down to the structural decking, along with the removal of an existing wall system. At this time, the plumbing for the roof drains was also replaced.

Once all demolition and plumbing was complete, the first patio was finished with a new membrane roofing system as well as new metal wall panels. The second patio was then completed with the same membrane roofing system, followed by the installation of elevated paver stone decking that allowed residents to utilize this space with ease in both spring and summer.
