Sweetwater County Justice Center

This project consisted of 57,800 sf of new construction, including:

• A new sheriff’s administration building, with offices, interview rooms, evidence lab/storage
• A new circuit courts facility with two full scale courtrooms, conference rooms, and administrative offices
• A new court attorney’s building with attorney’s offices and conference rooms, and a new vehicle storage building.

The new circuit courts facility tied into the active jail next door, so extensive coordination was required throughout construction.
