This project consisted of 57,800 sf of new construction, including (1) a new sheriff's administration building, with offices, interview rooms, evidence lab/storage; (2) a new circuit courts facility with two full scale courtrooms, conference rooms, and administrative offices; (3) a new court attorney's building with attorney's offices and conference rooms, and a new vehicle storage building. The new circuit courts facility tied into the active jail next door, so extensive coordination was required throughout construction.

The project included a 12,000 sf addition to the existing airport terminal, including (1) a large extension to the baggage loading warehouse, with two new overhead doors that allow for indoor loading and storage of equipment used to transfer baggage to the plane; (2) a large new waiting area with space for two new ticket counters and a large expansion in seating; and (3) the relocation and re-design of the TSA baggage screen area. Another component of this project was a small renovation to the existing TSA baggage screen area into a hallway which is used as the new entrance for airport offices and breakrooms, as well as an extension to the passenger screening area.

This project consisted of a new 6,700 sf car wash building, with a structural masonry exterior, one car wash bay (including car-wash equipment) and two handwash/detail bays. There was also sitework and a new 10,000 sf parking lot.

This project included a 5,900 sf pre-engineered metal building, with applicable sitework. The interior construction included a basketball court with polished concrete flooring, an exercise room with workout equipment, a classroom for group exercises, and administrative areas. The building was designed with a future expansion to the exercise room in mind.
