With Cody’s busy tourist season in full swing, this repair was successfully completed within the tight timeframe required. Under guidance from a structural engineer, the crew installed temporary shoring, removed damaged wood, and reinforced the balconies with poured concrete bases.
During construction, the hotel requested repairs for one additional balcony. Due to weather conditions, this work required an extra phase. In the first phase, crews repaired two balconies, pouring five concrete bases. In the second phase, one balcony was repaired with three additional posts.
