Gottsche Rehab & Wellness Center Upgrades

This project was an extensive renovation with a limited budget. Through value engineering and budget alignment, our firm was able to complete the majority of desired improvements. Improvements included

• separating the utilities (electrical, mechanical, and sewer) from the existing Hot Springs County Hospital next door;
• completely remove and re-design the entry of the facility (including a new parking lot, canopy and landscaping); and
• update aesthetics of approximately 9,000 sf including OT/PT areas, administration areas, and kitchen/cafeteria upgrades.
